Green Badge Guides in Shetland can and will offer you many different kinds of tours and experiences, but broadly speaking there are four types of guide service:
– Step On Tour: The guide will simply “step on” to the visitor’s transport and accompany them on their tour
– Town Walk Tour: Walking tours in Lerwick, Shetland’s capital. Most guides will specify a maximum number of guests (for safety reasons)
– Walking Tour: Walking tours in various parts of Shetland. Most guides will specify a maximum number of guests (for safety reasons)
– Driver Guided Tour: Uses own transport, such as car, minibus or coach, to travel where and when the visitors require
